Recipe tutorials Special Fish Porridge
Ingredients :
- 1 plateful rice.
- 3 cm of crushed ginger.
- 1,5 stalk of celery.
- 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
- 200 ml chicken stock.
- 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
- 100 grams snapper of fillets (cut into small squares).
- 1,5 teaspoon of fish sauce.
- 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
- 0,75 teaspoon of ground pepper.
- 1,5 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
- 0,5 finely sliced leek.
- 2 tablespoon of water.
- 2 tablespoon of cooking oil for sauteing.
Additional Materials :
- 2 stalk of sliced celery
- 1,5 tablespoons of fried shallots
- 1,5 pieces of hard-boiled eggs (in the split of 2 parts)
Procedure :
- Boil chicken, rice, ginger, celery, salt, and pepper, stir them until absorbed and condensed.
- Stir the fish and heat the cooking oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant and add snapper. Stir the ingredients until they changes their color.
- Enter the sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and water. Stir them well. Cook for about five minutes, add leeks and stir them well for twice.
- Serve the porridge with fish.
