Recipe tutorials Special Fish Porridge

Ingredients :
  • 1 plateful rice.
  • 3 cm of crushed ginger.
  • 1,5 stalk of celery.
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
  • 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.
  • 200 ml chicken stock.
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic.
  • 100 grams snapper of fillets (cut into small squares).
  • 1,5 teaspoon of fish sauce.
  • 0,5 teaspoon of salt.
  • 0,75 teaspoon of ground pepper.
  • 1,5 teaspoon of granulated sugar.
  • 0,5 finely sliced leek.
  • 2 tablespoon of water.
  • 2 tablespoon of cooking oil for sauteing.
Additional Materials :
  •  2 stalk of sliced celery
  •  1,5 tablespoons of fried shallots
  •   1,5 pieces of hard-boiled eggs (in the split of 2 parts)
Procedure :
  • Boil chicken, rice, ginger, celery, salt, and pepper, stir them until absorbed and condensed.
  • Stir the fish and heat the cooking oil. Fry the garlic until fragrant and add snapper. Stir the ingredients until they changes their color.
  • Enter the sauce, salt, pepper, sugar, and water. Stir them well. Cook for about five minutes, add leeks and stir them well for twice.
  • Serve the porridge with fish.
